The FS34H-V4 is a leak detection and automatic water shut-off system that’s specifically meant for use with washing machines. The FS34H-V4 can be installed in as little as ten minutes without the need for bringing in a professional plumber. It uses a pair of automatic 3/4-inch full port motorized ball valves to shut off the hot and cold water supply when a water leak is detected.

In the event of a leak, the controller will  shut off the water valves automatically, and will sound an 87dB alarm to notify you.  Additionally the built in relay will close.  The relay output can be connected to an alarm system or auto dialer for montoring or smart home automation system.
